He has owned and operated several chain restaurants and traveled all over the United States. Scott knows one thing, there is nothing better than a taste of home New Orleans.

Boo Ray's has a lot of really good food, but our favorite is their catfish. It is the best we have eaten anywhere. It is always fresh with very nice size portions.
